ISO/IEC 20000 is a Service Management System (SMS) standard. It specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS. The requirements include the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfill agreed service requirements.
This International Standard allows a service provider to integrate his Service Management System with other management Systems of his organization. To obtain the Lead Auditor Certificate a complementary exam with an open book must be taken, supervised by the partner, this exam is designed to allow students to demonstrate their understanding of the audit process and the responsibilities of being a lead auditor
