what is ASP.NET?

(Active Server Page or Application Service Provider) ASP.NET is a web framework created by Microsoft for building modern web apps and services with .NET.

It is a cross platform and runs on windows, linux,  macOS, and Docker.

It allows you to use a full featured programming language such as C# or VB.NET to build web applications easily.

It is very easy compared to Framework of any other languages. However you should have good skills and understanding of C#

In ASP.NET course, students will learn to develop advanced ASP.NET MVC applications using .NET Framework 4.5 tools and technologies. The focus will be on coding activities that enhance the performance and scalability of the Web site application. ASP.NET MVC will be introduced and compared with Web Forms so that students know when each should/could be used. This course will also prepare the student for exam 70-486.
